About Madi
Madi is an educator, mentor, and mental health therapist with a deep passion for the outdoors. She loves connecting with nature. She enjoys Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), rock climbing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and whitewater rafting. She is also deeply interested in herbalism, Ayurveda, and plant medicine.
Madi began her career in public education as a science teacher before transitioning to School counseling. She now works in the fields of non-profit education, environmental awareness, and mental health care.
In her private practice as a nature-based therapist, Madi integrates therapeutic techniques like forest bathing, nervous system activation and alignment, and plant-based nutrition. She conducts outdoor sessions in the National Forests, Wilderness Areas of the mountain ranges of Colorado’s Front Range.
